At Dance Barre we offer a range of innovative, fun, high intensity and low intensity dance-inspired fitness classes. We cater to all fitness levels, and are giving everyone the chance to trial our workouts with our 7 Day FREE unlimited class pass. Dance Barre classes focus on tone, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, rhythm and co-ordination. We use fun upbeat music to keep you motivated and grooving the entire class. 30 minutes is all you need to feel the burn and to see great results.
The Dance Barre Private Training System is designed to encourage the positive & motivating aspects of small group private training (max 3 people) and enables you to book into a variety of training sessions through the duration of your membership with any of our uniquely qualified instructors. Best of all you can check your schedule and make your selection in our private training timetable at a time that suits you!
Each of these sessions will combine Katie's training principles and method with our instructors unique skillsets, to provide you an invigorating 30 minute workout. Whether your focus is rehabilitation, core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, dance and barre we have a session that will work for you!

Congratulations on this special time in your life, Dance Barre caters to you too. For our mums-to-be, we suggest the following classes which focus on strengthening, toning and moderate cardiovascular training. Modifications will be applied to each workout - please inform our receptionists on arrival, and the Trainer taking your class of your pregnancy, and advise how far along you are.

WEDDING AND BRIDAL
Our wedding bridal party training sessions are fun, encouraging and driven by results. Expertly tailored by Katie Dickens, our bridal party packages include:
- Group Training sessions 2-3 times a week for the entire bridal party (women and men separate)
- The bride will receive a one-on-one session once a week
- Nutritional meal plans
- Measure-up and fitness test to monitor your progress
- Before and after photos
- Optional Bridal dance lessons
