First things first! Lets get you into our fabulous studio with a FREE 7 day pass to try out our fun and challenging range of classes. These classes range in intensity from the more moderate toning classes like Katie's signature full body method, to higher intensity classes like SWEAT and Dance Cardio which will test both your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. We have something for everyone so please check with one of our trainers or staff members if your not sure where to begin. Once you have sampled the classes and are hooked on the combination of Katies very own cardio, strength and toning workouts you can make the next step!
The next step, for almost everyone, will be the $99 one month (one time only) unlimited pass. This will entitle you to our unlimited access to train in any of our timetabled live classes for an entire month. There is no limit to how many classes you can attend, just book a little in advance on our app to avoid missing out!
We understand the importance of security and encourage members to train in pairs when classes are not running, but you'll be happy to know we have CCTV cameras & emergency buttons with back to base monitoring through-out all of the studio training areas. At anytime you feel un-well during training or have an emergency situation you can touch the emergency buttons located on the studio walls for assistance.
