Through the combination of basic dance techniques-including salsa, rumba and jazz-our amazing and highly trained instructors aim to improve your coordination, confidence, rhythm and fitness. No dance experience necessary.

Street Fitness is a fun, original class based on basic hip hop dance technique. This class is designed to get your body moving and feeling free, girly and sexy while getting your heart rate up! It also focuses on coordination, confidence and fitness. No dance experience necessary.

Deep Stretch & Recovery class is a must on this very inclusive timetable. It is designed to help you relax and stretch out those hard-worked muscles. Combining light toning exercises with stretching, you will develop the strength to be able to control your newfound flexibility. Increasing your flexibility not only helps with recovery, but also decreases the risk of injury. It's also great for enhancing posture, increasing blood flow and sustaining overall body mobility. This class is suitable for everyone and is highly recommended.

Power Pilates is a combination of precise and controlled exercises, which are designed to create long, lean muscle tone and increase strength in the muscles without adding the extra bulk. Exercises are constant, with minimal breaks. The method targets cardiovascular fitness while improving flexibility, building strength, enhancing endurance and sustaining overall control of your entire body. With high repetition, rotation and regular changes in tempo, individual muscles are targeted, building strength and toning each targeted area. A simple but fun kiddies ballet class. We incorporate RAD Ballet fundamentals and technique, giving the children an introduction to ballet with a focus on fun.

This is a high energy fun kids dance class. We incorporate Jazz technique and fundamentals such as kicks, jumps and turns, giving the children an introduction to basic dance movement and sequences with a focus on fun.

Kiddies Fun Ballet 3-5 years

A simple but fun kiddies ballet class. We incorporate RAD Ballet fundamentals and technique, giving the children an introduction to ballet with a focus on fun.

Kids Fun Jazz 5-8 years

This is a high energy fun kids dance class. We incorporate Jazz technique and fundamentals such as kicks, jumps and turns, giving the children an introduction to basic dance movement and sequences with a focus on fun.

Our 'Mummy & Me' class encourages mums to bring their new borns and toddlers (2yrs and under) to the studio while they workout. New borns will either be in the pram or held during the class.
